Founder & CEO
With over 5 years of experience in the data domain and extensive expertise across financial institutions, Devarsh leads Cupel's vision of making enterprise data platforms compliance-first and cloud-agnostic. Currently a Lead Data Engineer at Lloyds Banking Group, he holds a Master's in Data Science from Bournemouth University where he received the Academic Excellence Award. His cross-industry background spanning banking, fintech, and research — including published work on emerging technologies — drives Cupel's architecture-first approach to solving the fragmented toolchain problem in financial services.
